和谐农村建设同社会管理失序、农村道德失范、农村公平失衡以及农村生态失衡之间的矛盾,构成了农村的不和谐。因此要创新经济发展模式,建设富裕农村;创新社会管理机制,建设自治农村;创新道德形成机制,建设文明农村;创新农村再分配机制,建设公平农村;创新治安防范机制,建设平安农村;创新环境保护与治理机制,建设生态农村。

There is disharmony in rural area because of the contradiction between the construction of harmonious rural area and the disorder of social management,the demoralization in rural area,the unfairness in rural area and also the loss of control of rural ecology.So we should innovate the system of economic development to build affluent rural area,innovate the system of social management to construct rural area,innovate moral formation mechanism to construct civilized rural area,innovate the redistribution mechanism to build equity in rural area,innovate the public security system to build peaceful rural area and innovate the mechanism of environmental protection and governance to construct the ecological rural area.
