随着高校学生工作的日益繁重和复杂,助理班主任制度引起了广泛关注。概述了高等学校推行学生党员担任助理班主任的工作内容,阐述了助理班主任的主要做法及其成效,对学生党员担任助理班主任存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了合理的建议,旨在为建立助理班主任工作的长效机制提供参考。

With the college student management becoming increasingly laborious and complex, assistant class director system has attracted wide attention.This paper is an overview of the work content of university student party members working as assistant class directors,explaining their major approaches and the effects.It also analyzes the existing problems in this practice and makes reasonable suggestions,aiming at providing reference for establishing a long-term mechanism for the Assistant Class Director System.
