摘要
通过探讨高校本科教学工作评估对图书馆的重要意义和在全面深刻理解评估指标的前提下,提出从文献资源建设、读者服务、馆员队伍建设以及图书馆管理制度建设等方面来有效推进图书馆建设。
Through the discussion of the effects of undergraduate teaching evaluation on university library and the deep analysis of the evaluation indexes,this paper presents such strategies as literature resource construction,readers＇ service,librarian and library management and also the standardization of library management system in order to promote the university library construction efficiently.
