摘要
文章从竞争情报角度研究了印度全国软件与服务公司行业协会(NASSCOM)在推动印度服务外包产业发展中的作用,将NASSCOM开展产业竞争情报的做法归纳为4个方面:提供企业发展需要的产业竞争情报公共产品;建立旨在提升印度外包产业国际竞争力的产业竞争情报活动平台;基于提升印度服务外包产业竞争力的需要开展若干专项计划;向国外政府部门推介印度外包产业并维护会员企业利益。最后得出了对中国服务外包产业界开展竞争情报工作的启示。
This paper discusses the role that National Association of Software and Service Companies plays in promoting the development of the Indian outsourcing industry fi'om the perspective of Competitive Intelligence. The practice done by the NASSCOM in industrial competitive intelligence can be concluded in the following four aspects: to provide industrial competitive intelligence product as a free public product to enterprises; establish industrial competitive intelligence platform to promoting the international competitiveness of offshore service outsourcing industry; to carry out a number of special programs to promoting the industrial Competitiveness; to extend the Indian offshore service outsourcing industry to foreign government departments and maintain the interests of member enterprises, and to get the inspiration for the competitive intelligence work which is carried out in Chinese offshore service outsoureing industry.
