摘要
“3·11”日本特大地震之后第一个工作日，在中国科学技术信息研究所举办了“第二届中日韩科技信息机构联合会议”。会议以三方共同关心的科技信息技术研发项目为中心，分享了各自的研究成果与进展，在寻求深化现有合作项目、拓宽合作领域的共识下，进行了未来重点合作课题的研讨。文章整体介绍本会议的背景、概述第一届会议的总体情况、介绍本届会议的交流报告、讨论的议题和计划实施的合作项目，以及目前的合作进展。最后，对2012年会议作出规划与展望。
After ＂March 11, the Great East Japan Earthquake＂, on the first working day, ISTIC held ＂the 2nd China-Japan-Korea Joint Seminar＂. Focusing on the tripartite common interests of information technology R＆D projects, they shared their reeeareh achievements and progress, in the consensus of deepening the existing cooperation projects, expanding cooperation areas, and discussed the key topics for future cooperation. This paper describes the overall of the meeting, outlines the general situation of＂the First China-Japan-Korea Joint Seminar＂, introduces the presentations; discussing issues,planned oooperation projects of tiffs meeting, as well as progress of current cooperation. Finally, they plan and prospect ＂the 2012 China-Japan-Korea Joint Seminar＂.
