摘要
目的研究附睾发育过程中Ⅳ型胶原和层粘连蛋白(liaminin,LN)的定位和分布。方法应用生物素-抗生物素DCS体系间接免疫荧光染色技术。结果15d幼鼠附睾基膜内Ⅳ型胶原和LN荧光强度较弱;3个月成年鼠附睾基膜内Ⅳ型胶原和LN荧光强度最强;18个月老年鼠附睾基膜内Ⅳ型胶原和LN荧光强度比3个月弱。3月龄成年小鼠附睾各部分的荧光强度从头部至尾部呈逐渐增强的趋势。结论小鼠附睾内的细胞外基质成分可能与附睾各部分功能状态有密切关系。
Objective\ To investigate the location and distribution of the important components of the extracellular matrix (ECM) during the development of epididymis. Method\ The biotin avidin DCS system indirect immunofluorescent technique was used. Results\ The intensities of fluorescence of type Ⅳ collagen and laminin (LN) in the basement membrane of ducts epididymis were weaker in 15 day old mice and the strongest in 3 month old mice. The fluorescence expressed by type Ⅳ collagen and LN of 18 month old mice was weaker than that of 3 month old mice. The intensities of fluorescence tend to be strengthen from epididymal caput to epdidymal cauda. Conclusion\ These results suggest that the extracellular matrix of mouse epididymis may have intimate relation to the function of epididymis.
