聂莉芳治疗慢性肾功能衰竭经验的关联规则分析

Association rules analysis of experience of Director NIE Li-fang in treatment of chronic renal failure

目的:运用关联规则分析总结聂莉芳治疗慢性肾衰竭的经验,为提高临床疗效提供可靠依据。方法:运用SPSS 13.0统计软件对一般资料进行描述性分析;运用SPSS Clementine 11.1数据挖掘软件,采用Apriori算法对症状=>方剂,症状=>中药,中药=>症状,中药=>中药进行关联规则分析。结果:486例患者原发病中不明原因者最多(182例占37.45%),肾功能不全代偿期、失代偿期、衰竭期患者较多,辨证分型以气阴两虚证最为多见,参芪地黄汤、黄连温胆汤、生脉饮等为常用方剂,茯苓、太子参、金银花、大黄、生黄芪等为常用中药,抓主症选方,随症加减。结论:聂莉芳治疗经验:①分期治疗。虚损期缓则治本,扶助正气;关格期急则治标,以祛邪为首务;②以脾肾为本,整体调治;③方证相应,抓主症选方,但见一症便是;④随症加减用药,用药平和,轻清灵动,配伍精妙。

Object：To conclude the experience of NIE Li-fang in the treatment of Chronic Renal Failure by association rules analysis and To provide a reliable basis to enhance clinical efficacy.Method：To make descriptive analysis on general information by the statistical software SPSS 13.0 and to make association rules analysis on symptoms=prescription,symptoms=herbs,herbs= symptoms,herbs =herbs by the data mining software SPSS Clementine 11.1 and Apriori algorithm.Result：Details seen in the text.Conclusion：The experience of NIE Li-fang： ① Syndrome differentiation and treatment in different phase,the main treatment in chronic deferral phase（deficiency stage）to strenthen the root vital qi.The main treatment in acute attack phase（guange stage） is to eliminate the tip pathogen.②With spleen and kidney as the root,the treatment is overall.③Correspondence of syndrome and prescription.To select formula through grasping the main symptoms.④Herb modification with symptoms,calm,light and agile,exquisite herb compatibility.
