青鹏膏剂中多组药效成分的含量测定

Determination of active component in Qingpeng Unguentum by HPLC

目的:建立青鹏膏剂中2,,4,-二羟基查尔酮、大黄素和大黄酚的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定青鹏膏剂中镰形棘豆的黄酮类成分2,,4,-二羟基查尔酮的含量及亚大黄的有效成分大黄素和大黄酚的总量。结果:此方法2,,4,-二羟基查尔酮线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.67%,RSD=2.02%(n=6)。大黄素线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为98.76%,RSD=2.93%(n=6)。大黄酚线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为100.96%,RSD=3.36%(n=6)。结论:本方法准确、稳定;能有效地控制该制剂的质量。

Objective： To establish the determination method of 2,,4,-dihydroxy chalcone and total amount of emodin and chrysophanol in Qingpeng Unguentum.Methods： Determination of 2,,4,-dihydroxy chalcone and total amount of emodin and chrysophanol in Qingpeng Unguentum by HPLC.Results： The 2,,4,-dihydroxy chalcone linearity of this method was good（r=0.9999） and average recovery was 99.67% with RSD=2.02%（n=6）,emodin linearity of this method was good（r=0.9998） and average recovery was 98.76% with RSD=2.93%（n=6）,chrysophanol linearity of this method was good（r=0.9998） and average recovery was 100.96% with RSD=3.36%（n=6）.Conclusion： The method was simple,rapid and reliable for quality control of the unguentums.
