摘要
针对大学信息技术中心在知识管理实践中存在的问题,通过分析研究知识管理系统的体系结构与功能,构建了一种基于Web2.0的四层架构知识管理系统.将Web2.0技术与知识管理平台相结合的知识管理系统应用案例,有效解决了知识管理系统中隐性知识显性化的问题.
By analysis of the architecture and function of knowledge management system in university,a four-tier structure of knowledge management system based on Web2.0 is formed to solve problems in knowledge management practice for information technology application in university.The suite of knowledge management system platform and Web2.0 technology produces effective solution to tacit knowledge explicitation.
