Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Development and Utilization of Water Resources in Haian County

海安县地理位置独特,其水资源的质与量事关南水北调东线一期工程的顺利开展。现针对区域水资源开发利用现状及存在的问题,就如何合理开发利用水资源提出对策。

Haian County boasts of a unique geographical position, thus the quality and quantity of its water resources played a key role in the construction of the East Line （Phase I） of the South-To-North Water Diversion Project. This article discussed the current situation and problems in the development and utilization of water resources, and then proposed solutions for making rational exploitation of water resources.
