System Readiness Assessment Method for Weapon Equipment and Its Application

技术成熟度评估已成为美国国防采办中的重要内容之一。论文在技术成熟度评估的基础上,提出了系统成熟度评估的概念,研究了系统成熟度评估方法,并通过实例演示了系统成熟度评估方法的应用。系统成熟度评估不仅考虑到关键技术的成熟度,还包含了系统各组件间的集成情况以及全系统的成熟状态,可为武器装备的国防采办提供更为全面的决策依据,有效降低研制风险。

Technology readiness assessment（TRA） has been the important content in the U.S.defense acquisition.Based on the TRA,this paper gives the concept of system readiness assessment（SRA）,researches the method of SRA and demonstrates the application of SRA.SRA contains not only the maturity of the critical technology element（CTE）,but also the integration of the subsystems and the readiness station of the system.SRA can provide better references for decision making of defense acquisition and reduce the development risk effectively.
