摘要
针对装备采购过程中军方所面临的成本激励和信息不对称难题,分析论证了在装备采购中实行激励性定价的必要性和现实意义;尝试用"菜单"式激励性定价来完善传统的成本加定酬加奖励金协议,改进单一来源采购条件下的装备定价方式方法,并运用实例详细论述了"菜单"式激励性定价机制的设计,以期实现装备的合理定价。
Aiming at the difficult problem of cost incentive and information asymmetry that the military confronts in equipment procurement,the paper analyzes and discusses on necessity and practical meaning of carrying incentive pricing out in equipment procurement,attempts to improve traditional cost-plus-award-fee contract using incentive pricing of "menu" style and innovate pricing ways and means in the circumstance of sole source procurement,dissertates on the design of incentive pricing mechanism of "menu" style using instances in order to help the military fix reasonable equipment price.
