Analysis of the Support of the US’s Global Information Grid on the Missile Defense System

通过美国＂全球信息栅格＂（global information grid,GIG）系统对导弹防御（missile defense,MD）系统支持作用的分析,研究了为满足网络中心战的要求,MD系统实现一体化和网络化的问题。着重探讨了MD系统内部实现一体化、MD系统与GIG系统实现一体化这2个核心问题。经分析认为：GIG系统通过多种手段极大地提高了MD系统的一体化和网络化程度,提升了其作战效能。

By trying to analyzing the support of global information grid（GIG） system on missile defense（MD） system of the US,this article makes a research on how the MD system goes forward being integrated and webbed for the sake of meeting the requirements of the network-focused warfare.The article mainly focuses on the following two core issues： how the MD system achieves the integration internally,and how the MD system gets integrated with GIG externally.The article lastly concludes that in many ways the GIG system is greatly advancing the extent of MD system being integrated and webbed,also enhances the combat competence of this system.
