空间信息获取系统的需求论证过程研究

摘要 分析了美军空间信息获取系统的进化式需求论证模式,总结了我国空间信息获取系统采办的特点和现行需求论证过程的不足,采用进化式采办思想,提出了未来我国空间信息获取系统需求论证过程,能够有效支持体系化论证,降低技术、时间和成本风险,增强了项目采办的科学性。所提出的模式也能为其他复杂武器装备体系的需求论证提供借鉴。 Evolutionary requirement demonstration mode of the US space information acquisition system is analyzed.The characteristics of acquisition and current deficiency of requirement demonstration mode of our space information acquisition system are summarized.Adopting the evolutionary acquisition strategy,requirement demonstration process of our space information acquisition system in the future is proposed,which could support effective requirement demonstration of system of system and decrease the risk from technology,time and cost.The mode could provide reference for other complex equipment system of system.
