肿瘤微血管密度的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 实体瘤在发生、发展以及转移过程中,其中一个关键的因素是必须形成功能性血管系统来供应其生长所需的氧和营养物质;近年来陆续发现了许多血管形成因子与血管形成抑制因子,并提出“血管形成的开关平衡假说”,当血管生长因子增多时,平衡被破坏,导致瘤体局部倾向于血管形成。同时,丰富的血管形成必然对实体瘤的生长及转移起到加速作用。近年来关于肿瘤微血管密度(Microvessel Density,MVD)的测定方法及其与肿瘤生长、病理分期、转移及预后的关系屡有报道,许多学者将MWD作为肿瘤微血管形成程度的标志和肿瘤的生物学特征,现综述如下。 1
