福建跨越发展道路探析——兼论福建经济发展方式的转变

福建跨越发展是顾全全国发展大局、适应区域经济竞争以及满足人们日益增长需求的的必然要求。在当今社会历史发展阶段,若不改变当前的经济发展方式,社会的持续将面临危机;而福建经济发展方式一经转变,势必会引发社会的跨越式发展。事实上,福建的工业化和城镇化程度、经济总量、抗御风险和经济恢复能力以及地缘优势等因素,都为其转变经济发展方式、进而实现跨越发展提供了丰厚的现实基础和可能性。通过经济结构调整、决策体制转型以及生态文化建设等措施的实施,福建将会切实地实现跨越发展。

Leapfrog development of Fujian is the necessary requirements of national development in overall situation, to satisfy demand. In today＇s stage of social and regional economic competitiveness and meet the growing historical development, the basic role of the economy in the current mode of economic development, the society will face a crisis, and that it will inevitably lead to the leapfrog development of society if once Fujian＇s economic development has changed. In fact, the degree of industrialization and urbanization, economic output, and economic resistance to risks and geographical advantage and other factors of Fujian, all provide a rich foundation in reality and possibility to changing the mode of economic development, thus achieving leapfrog development. We have reason to believe that Fujian would be necessary to make leapfrog development through implementation of the measures of economic structure adjustment, decision-making system transformation and ecological culture construction.
