摘要
德性是一种获得性人类品质,能够让人获得实践的内在利益。教师德性是一个涉及教师职业及教师自身发展的教育理念。当前教师德性的研究,没有把握住德性实践这一关键点。基于人文关怀,以人文实践养成教师德性,在教学中践行教师的德性价值,是教师德性研究的原点。
Virtue is a kind of acquired human quality which makes human get the internal interests of its practice. Teachers' virtue is an educational idea concerning teachers' profession 'and development. The current research of teachers' virtue does not grasp the key point of moral practice. Based on humanistic concern, humanistic practice develops teachers' virtue, practicing teachers' moral values during the teaching process. It is the original point of research on teachers' virtue.
