中心静脉导管在急性恶性胸水置管引流中的临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察中心静脉导管引流治疗急性恶性胸水的临床疗效。方法随机将急性恶性胸水患者分成2组,分别进行胸腔穿刺和中心静脉导管引流,并同时于胸腔内注入丝裂霉素。结果中心静脉导管引流组的效果优于胸腔穿刺组,其临床耐受良好,不良反应小,疗效满意。结论应用中心静脉导管装置引流治疗急性恶性胸水能最大限度地排净胸水,为胸水的最终控制奠定了基础,同时具有操作安全、简便、疗效好的优点。 Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of drainage treatment for acute malignant pleuraI effusion by central venous catheter (CVC). Methods The patients with acute malignant pleural effusion were randomly divided into two groups. The thoracentesis and CVC drainage were operated respectively, and mitomyein was intrapleurally infused simultaneously. Results The control rate of pleural effusion in CVC drainage group was superior to that in thoracentesis group, and the CVC drainage had better clinical tolerance, small side effect, and satisfactory results. Conclusions The CVC drainage can drain pleural effusion to its maximum on treatment of acute malignant pleural effusion, and lay a solid foundation for the ultimate control of pleural effusion with advantages of safe operation, convenience, and good curative effect.
