Identification and isolation of cancer stem cells

摘要 肿瘤于细胞被认为是肿瘤复发的根源。目前通过特定的免疫表型来分离鉴定肿瘤于细胞是最常用的方法。侧群(SP)细胞分离技术也已经相当成熟,利用Wnt通路在肿瘤细胞的表达活性差异来分离肿瘤干细胞的方法正受到关注。构建干细胞龛来捕获肿瘤干细胞的方法有待进一步评价。 Cancer stem cells are considered to be the origin of tumor relapse. Isolating and identifying them by special immune-phenotypes is the most commonly used method . The technique of isolating SP cells is very mature. More attentions are being paid to the isolation of cancer stem cells using differential expression activities of Wnt pathway on surface of tumor cells. Establishing stem cells niches to capture cancer tumor cells remains to be further evaluated.
