梅尼埃病听觉和前庭功能损伤的评价方法

摘要 梅尼埃病的诊断主要是根据典型的临床表现和听力学检测结果，但缺乏系统的听觉和前庭功能的评价和分析，无法为鉴别诊断、临床分期、治疗选择及疗效观察等方面提供客观依据。随着梅尼埃病的听觉和前庭功能评价方法研究报道的增多，出现了一些客观性强、灵敏度和特异度较高的诊断方法，但由于入组标准和所定的指标不同，各种评价方法的参考价值也不统一。本文就梅尼埃病的听觉一前庭功能的评价方法和意义做一综述。
