摘要 本文研究用 TP-801单板机作为自适应控制器的最优化自适应控制系统,建立了最小加工成本的数学模型,用随机决策方法给出了刀具寿命方程的经验表达式,提出了一种快速的在线优化方法.并在 XK-715数控铣床上进行了实验研究.结果证明,当切削余量或刀具磨损等因素变化时,自适应控制器可根据给定的输入和过程的输出信号在线优化切削条件,保证数控机床始终工作在最优状态. This paper deals with adaptive control optimization system in which a singlc board computer TP-801 acts as an adaptive controller.A mathematical model of minimum cut- ting cost is establishcd,thc empirical formula of cutting tool life cquation is given by using random stractegic method,and a fast on-line optimum method is developed.Experimcntal study is carried out on the NC milling machine type XK-715.The results show that when the factor,such as cutting allowance or cutting tool wear,changes,the adaptive controller can optimize cutting condition on line according to given input and output signal of the process,so that it can ensure that the NC milling machine always works under an optimum condition.
