摘要
利用2010年3月-5月对北京市3所高职院校的800名大二、大三学生的就业意向情况的调查数据,基于人力资本理论提出假设,构建多元线性回归模型和多元逻辑回归模型,采用定量方法分析人力资本对期望月薪、就业单位、就业地区选择的影响。
This study used the survey data of employment intention which comes from 800 sophomore and junior students in 3 Vocational Colleges during September and November,2010 in Beijing,hypotheses are based on the human capital theory to construct multiple linear regression model and multiple logistic regression model,using quantitative method to analyze the impact of human capital on the choices expected salary,employment position and location.
