摘要 DAN计算是新兴的一种智能计算方法,2维平面中建立合适的图表示方法对研究DNA序列有重要作用。对他人证明的一种图表示方法的退化度进行了纠正,并给出了反例说明其真实退化度。 DNA computing is a kind of novel intelligent calculation.Graphical representation in 2-D Cartesian coordinate system is important for studying DNA sequences.The paper corrects the degeneracy of graphical representation proved by one researcher and gives a counter-example to illustrate its true degeneracy.
