摘要
经对聚丙烯纤维砂浆冲击试验试件破裂面的分形维数的计算,并与试件的冲击破坏锤击数进行的对比研究可知:当纤维掺量低于0.1%(体积比)时,由于掺入纤维传递扩散了冲击能量,造成试件内部裂缝的大量延展,因此延迟了试件的冲击破坏过程,导致计算的掺纤维试件破裂面分形维数高于普通砂浆试件。因此,采用分形理论可以解释掺入聚丙烯纤维对提高水泥基材料抗冲击性能的作用机理。
The fractal dimension of fracture surfaces of polypropylene fiber mortar specimens after impact test is calculated and compared with the hammering number corresponding to impact damage.The results show that when the fiber content is less than 1.0% volume,the fiber incorporated into mortar can transmit and spread the impact energy,and cracks within the specimen can be fully extended; and the process of impact damage of polypropylene fiber mortar is longer than that of ordinary mortar,and the fractal dimension of fracture surfaces is also greater.Based on the fractal theory,the research reveals the mechanism of improved impact resistance of polypropylene fiber with cement-based materials.
