通过研究国外三网融合发展的历史沿革和市场现状,分析其发展经验,提出对国内三网融合的重要启示。在研究国内三网融合相关政策、发展现状和试点情况的基础上,分析电信和广电实施三网融合各自的优劣势,并提出了发展建议。

This paper analyzes the experience of triple play abroad and proposes revelation of domestic triple play by studying the history and present market situation of the triple play development abroad. It also analyses the respective advantage and disadvantages of telecom and broadcast networks and gives some suggestions based on the study of policies, development and pilot situation of domestic triple play.
