护理程序在无痛胃肠镜检查配合中的应用

目的探讨应用护理程序的工作方法配合无痛胃肠镜检查的效果。方法收集本科室采用无痛技术进行胃肠镜检查的4489例患者的临床资料,应用护理程序的护理方法 ,提出相关的问题、有的放矢地进行护理。结果 4489例患者中除2例患者肠道准备极差未能完成外,其余均顺利完成检查。24 h后,有效的1000张调查问卷结果显示,特别满意者患者990例,基本满意者10例,不满意0例。所有患者对护理效果满意度达100%,较传统的检查方法患者满意率有了明显提高。结论将护理程序运用于无痛胃肠镜过程中,使患者得到护理人员系统的、高质量的护理,同时感受到人性关怀的温暖与人性的回复,使患者获得了满足感和安全感,充分体现了"以人为本、以患者为中心"的整体护理内涵,充分地展现了护士的多重角色功能,扩大了护理范畴。

Objective To discuss the effect of method of applying nursing procedure cooperated with painless stomach - endoscopy. Methods To use painless technology department examined 4489 cases of gastroscopy patients, using nursing procedures nursing, raised related issues, targeted for care, get the best care and results.
