摘要
介绍了基于Q参数法计算铸件冒口的新公式:Vf=aMc3+bVc。作为实例,用新公式设计铝青铜大型螺母冒口,结果如下:(1)新设计的冒口体积为10 482 cm3,质量为79 kg,比原冒口少用金属103 kg,降低金属原材料效果明显;(2)原工艺出品率为60%,新工艺出品率为78%,新工艺出品率比原工艺出品率提高18%,经济效益显著。
A new riser dimensions calculation formula basing on Q parameter was introduced. As an example, the new fommla was used to calculate the riser dimensions for a big almninum bronze nut. The resuh sbowed: (a)Tbe volume of the riser designed with new method was of 10 482 em3,weight was of 79 kg being less than the former riser by 103 kg that brought a obvious metal saving. (b)The yield rate of the framer casting method was of 60%,the yield rate of new method was of 78% being higher by 18% compared with former method. The result showed that a remarkable economic effect would be obtained by asing the new method.
