摘要
介绍了基于Q参数法计算铸件冒口的新公式:Vf=aMc3+bVc。作为实例,用新公式设计铝青铜大型螺母冒口,结果如下:(1)新设计的冒口体积为10 482 cm3,质量为79 kg,比原冒口少用金属103 kg,降低金属原材料效果明显;(2)原工艺出品率为60%,新工艺出品率为78%,新工艺出品率比原工艺出品率提高18%,经济效益显著。
A new riser dimensions calculation formula basing on Q parameter was introduced. As an example, the new fommla was used to calculate the riser dimensions for a big almninum bronze nut. The resuh sbowed： （a）Tbe volume of the riser designed with new method was of 10 482 em3,weight was of 79 kg being less than the former riser by 103 kg that brought a obvious metal saving. （b）The yield rate of the framer casting method was of 60%,the yield rate of new method was of 78% being higher by 18% compared with former method. The result showed that a remarkable economic effect would be obtained by asing the new method.
