脂肪组织源性肿瘤中c-myc和p53基因的异常表达 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨脂肪组织源性肿瘤与cmyc 和p53 基因的关系。方法:采用 L S A B 免疫组化法,检测62 例脂肪组织源性肿瘤及瘤样病变cmyc 和p53 蛋白表达。结果:cmyc 在正常脂肪组织、脂肪组织良性病变中几乎不表达,主要在脂肪肉瘤中表达。p53 只在脂肪肉瘤中表达。分化较高类型脂肪肉瘤cmyc 和p53 表达阳性率明显低于分化较低类型脂肪肉瘤。脂肪肉瘤中,cmyc 和p53 表达呈正相关。结论:实验结果提示,cmyc 、p53 蛋白与脂肪肉瘤的发生、细胞分化和恶性程度有关。它们可作为判断脂肪肉瘤分化程度及恶性程度的参考指标。在脂肪肉瘤的发生发展中两者可能起协同作用。 Purpose To study the relationship between c myc and p53 genes and tumors of adipose tissue. Methods Using immunohistochemistry LSAB to investigate the alteration of c myc and p53 in tumor tissues from 62 cases. Results There were almost no c myc protein expression on the normal fatty tissues, tumorlike proliferation and lipoma. It mainly expressed in liposarcoma. p53 protein also only expressed in liposarcomas. Among different subtypes of liposarcoma, the positive staining rate of c myc and p53 in well differentiated liposarcoma (including well differentiated liposarcoma and myxoid liposarcoma) was much lower than that in poorly differentiated liposarcoma (including round cell liposarcoma and pleomorphic liposarcoma). There were a positive correlation between c myc and p53 expression in liposarcoma. Conclusion The c myc protein and p53 protein are associated with development, differentiation and malignancy of liposarcoma. Detection of p53 protein expression may be valuable in evaluation of differentiation and malignancy of liposarcoma. C myc and p53 play roles in the cooperation of development of liposarcoma.
