炙甘草汤加减治疗心律失常48例临床疗效观察

目的探讨炙甘草汤治疗缓慢性心律失常的临床疗效。方法将48例缓慢性心律失常患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组仅给予炙甘草汤治疗,将两组治疗前后临床症状改善情况、心电图、动态心电图变化情况进行对照观察。结果治疗组临床症状改善有效率为83.3%,心电图改善有效率为75.0%;对照组临床症状改善有效率为50.0%,心电图改善有效率为54.2%,两组间有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论炙甘草汤加减能有效提高缓慢性心律失常患者平均心率水平,减轻心肌缺血,改善临床症状。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Zhigancao herb soup in treatment of slow arrhythmia. Methods 48 patients with slow arrhythmia were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group was offered the treatment of conventional western medicine,while the treatment group was given self-designed Zhigancao herb soup. The improvement of the clinical symptoms and the changes in electrocardiogram and dynamic electrocardiogram before and after treatment were observed and compared. Results The clinical symptoms improvement for treatment group was 83.3%,ECG effective rate was 75.0%;the clinical improvement for the control group was 50.0%and effective rate of ECG was 54.2%. The difference between the two groups borne statistically efficient significance（P〈0.05） . Conclusion Zhigancao herb soup can effectively improve the average heart level,reduce myocardial and improve the clinical symptoms.
