摘要
目的探讨载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、E(ApoE)基因多态性与早发冠心病的相关性。方法采用基因芯片技术分析24例早发冠心病和66例迟发冠心病的ApoBXbaI、ApoE112/158基因多态性及等位基因频率分布,入选病例均行冠状动脉造影确诊。结果早发冠心病组ApoBXbaI;ApoE112/158基因型分布与晚发冠心病组相比无明显差异(P=0.757;P=0.579)。两组的ApoBXbaI的等位基因频率分布无明显差异(P=0.757),而早发冠心病组的ApoE112/158的等位基因ε4频率高于晚发冠心病组(P<0.05)。结论 ApoBXbaI多态性可能不是中国人早发冠心病的危险因素,而ApoE112/158的等位基因ε4可能是一个潜在危险因素。
Objective To assess the association of apolipoprotein B(ApoB) ,E(ApoE) gene polymorphism with premature coronary heart disease.Methods Twenty-four premature CHD patients diagnosed by CAG at/before aged 55 for males and 65 for females were assigned to premature CHD case group with other 66 CHD patients as the control group.Gene chip technology was performed to analyze ApoB Xbal,ApoE 112/158 gene polymorphism. The allele frequency and gene type distribution were compared between two groups. Results There was no obviously difference in the distribution of Apo B,ApoE genetype between two groups(P=0.757;P=0.579) .The frequency of X+ allele of ApoB was no significantly in patients with premature CHD than control group(P=0.757);the frequency of ε4 allele of Apo E112/158 was higher in patients with premature CHD than control group(P〈0.05) .Conclusion The Apo B XbaI gene polymorphism may not be the risk factors of premature CHD in the Chinese;while the allele gene ε4 of ApoE112/158 may be a potential dangerous factor.
