规律祛铁对铁过载患者治疗临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨祛铁治疗对铁过载患者肝功能、胰腺功能及骨髓造血功能改善及延长输血时间的疗效。方法以20例铁过载患者为研究对象,给以祛铁胺治疗1a以上,比较观察治疗前后肝功能、胰腺功能、骨髓造血功能改善情况及输血间隔的变化。结果其中7例病人治疗后肝功能明显改善,5例胰腺功能好转,胰岛素用量减少;14例病人输血数量减少,输血间期延长,骨髓造血功能改善。结论铁过载患者多有脏器功能损伤,骨髓造血功能不良,进而导致原发病治疗疗效差,有效的祛铁治疗可改善上述情况。
