摘要 目的:研究鸟嘌呤交换因子Dock180在卵巢癌、卵巢交界性肿瘤、卵巢良性肿瘤组织中的表达,探讨Dock180在卵巢癌发生发展中的作用。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测20例卵巢良性肿瘤、12例卵巢交界性肿瘤和36例卵巢癌组织中Dock180蛋白的表达水平。结果:Dock180蛋白在卵巢癌组织中的阳性表达例数占总例数的66.7%,高于卵巢交界性肿瘤的33.3%和卵巢良性肿瘤的15%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:Dock180在卵巢癌的发生、发展中起重要作用,有望作为反应卵巢癌恶性生物学行为的新指标。 Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of guanine nucleotide exchange factor Dock180 in ovarian cancer,ovarian borderline tumor and ovarian benign tumor,and to evaluate their relationships with the initiation and progression of ovarian cancer.Methods:The expression of Dock180 protein was detected by immunostaining in 20 cases of ovarian benign tumor,12 cases of ovarian borderline tumor and 36 cases of ovarian cancer.Results:Immunostaining revealed that Dock180 protein was expressed in 66.7% of ovarian cancer,33.3% of ovarian borderline tumor and 15% of ovarian benign tumor(P〈0.01).Conclusion:Over-expression of Dock180 may play an important role in the development of ovarian cancer and it could be used as a new measurement of malignant biological behavior of ovarian cancer.
