血清抗p53抗体在喉癌患者中的诊断意义

Diagnosis value of anti-p53 antibody in sera from patients with laryngeal carcinoma

目的:检测喉癌患者血清中抗p53抗体的阳性率,探讨抗p53抗体在喉癌中的诊断作用。方法:应用ELISA法检测4组共计99例血清样本中的抗p53抗体,即术前31例,术后第10天样本25例,术后第17天样本23例。术后10 d及17 d样本均来自于术前组术后患者。正常对照组20例。结果:在31例喉癌患者血清中14例高表达抗p53抗体,阳性率为45.2%;在手术治疗后10 d样本中4例高表达抗p53抗体,阳性率为16%;在手术后17 d及正常对照组中,无阳性表达。结论:抗p53抗体不仅可以成为一种新的喉癌标记分子,也可以作为判断喉癌患者预后的有效指标之一。

Objective：To detect the anti-p53 antibody in sera from patients with laryngeal carcinoma and study the value of the antibody as a diagnosis factor in patients.Methods：The anti-p53 antibody of 99 sera samples were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）,including 31 samples before treatment,25 samples at 10 days after surgery,23 samples after 17 days,and 20 age-matched and sex-matched healthy volunteers.Results：14 of the 31（45.2%）,and 4 of the 25（16%）sera from patients were positive for anti-p53 antibody.Conclusion：Anti-p53 antibody may be not only suitable for diagnosis of laryngeal carcinoma,but also a prognostic indicator for patients with laryngeal carcinoma.
