疼痛管理培训对强直性脊柱炎患者睡眠状况的影响

Effect of pain management training on sleep state in patients with ankylosing spondylitis

目的:探讨疼痛管理培训对强直性脊柱炎患者睡眠状况的影响。方法:将60例强直性脊柱炎患者随机分成2组(实验组和对照组),每组各30例。实验组患者采用美国国家强直性脊柱炎协会推荐的功能体操和疼痛管理技巧进行教育和培训,对照组按照常规进行护理。出院后1月,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh sleep qualityindex,PSQI)和疼痛严重度量表(Pain sverityscale)对2组患者的疼痛状况和睡眠状况进行回访。结果:出院后1月,实验组和对照组疼痛评分分别为58.20±12.56、65.20±22.24,两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组和对照组睡眠评分分别为10.30±1.49、12.63±1.92,两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。实验组入院时与出院后1月的疼痛评分和睡眠评分均差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组出院后1月疼痛与睡眠评分呈正相关(r=0.651,P<0.01)。结论:疼痛管理培训能减轻强直性脊柱炎患者的疼痛,从而有效地改善患者的睡眠状况。

Objective：To investigate the effects of pain management training on sleep state in patients with ankylosing spondylitis.Methods：60 patients with ankylosing spondylitis（AS）were divided into two groups（experimental group and control group）,with 30 patients in each group.Experimental group were selected for pain management training,such as function gymnastics,pain management techniques（as recommended by National ankylosing spondylitis society）.Control group received common nursing.Pittsburgh sleep quality index（PSQI）and pain severity scale were used for measuring sleep state and pain degree in two groups one month after the discharge from hospital.Results：One month after the discharge,pain scores in the experimental and control groups were 58.20±12.56 and 65.20±22.24,respectively,there being significant difference between them（P〈0.05）.Sleep scores in the experimental and control groups were 10.30±1.49 and 12.63±1.92,respectivley,there being significant difference between them（P〈0.01）.There were significant difference in pain and sleep scores on admission and discharge in the experimental group（P〈0.05）.There was significant positive relationship between sleep score and pain score（r=0.651,P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Pain management training could relieve pain and improve sleep state in patients with ankylosing spondylitis efficiently.
