摘要
本文提出的线圈绕线分布的数学模型是为了解决彩色显象管环鞍型偏转线圈的计算机辅助设计.该模型将旋转对称面上过两点绕线的最短径原理与线性插值方法相结合,只需确定线圈的绕线分布参量或特征截面上的绕线分布,就可获得线圈的整体绕线分布.减少了信息输入和实验工作量,提高了精度.应用本模型分析了一组环鞍线圈的偏转场参量,计算与测量结果基本一致.
It rder to meet the requirements of CAD for saddle-toroidal deflection yokes(DY) in color picture thbes,a winding distribution model of the DY is developed and presented in this paper.Such model is based on the combination of a linear interpolation method and the principle of the shortest line traced on a revolving winding surface between two points.Winding densities on the DY can be simplified and directly obtained if the winding
parameters of the toroidal coils and the winding distribution on characteristic planes of the saddle coils are determined.As an example,the deflection field,parameters H_0(V_0) and H_2(V_2) of a set of saddle and toroidal DY described with this model are analyzed numerically.The calculated results are in agreement with the experimental ones.It is shown that the winding distribution models,which need less experimental work for information input,can be used as fast,accurate,and efficient models for the numerical analysis of de-flection ficlds produced by the saddle and toroidal DY.
