摘要 本文提出了一种新的双作用环面蜗杆副的结构形式,其特点是蜗轮齿面上的一次二次作用面是分开的,从而使蜗轮副分度面的形成原理及外形都产生了很大的变革.本文分析了这种新型蜗轮副的设计原理及接触润滑特性,结果表明,它不仅能克服传统的双作用环面蜗杆副在润滑及油膜承载能力方面的缺点,而且具有一系列优点,如可以压缩蜗杆副的中心距;能使作用在蜗杆上的大部分径向力相互抵消;显著地提高了刚度等.这些优点使这种新结构特别适用于高速重载传动. A new structure of double enveloping worm gear pair is advanced in this paper.Its distinguishing feature is that the first and second-acting surfaces on the worm wheel are separated into two parts,thus,an essential change has taken place on the forming of pitch surface and appearance of the worm wheel.The analysis of the design and contact-lubrication character of the new structure shows that not only can it considerably overcome the fault of common double enveloping worm gear pair in the lubrication and load-carrying capacity of ail membrane,but is can also possess a lot of advantages,for instance,the center distance may be reduced,most radial forces acting on the worm are coun-terbalanced with each other and the rigidity of the worm gear pair is increased notably.All this makes the new structure especially suitable for high speed and heavy load transmission.
