中西医结合治疗高血压合并高血脂临床疗效观察

The clinical observation on treating hypertension and high lipids in the integrative medicine

目的:观察西药联合平肝调脂方治疗高血压合并高血脂的临床效果。方法:将185例患者随机分为2组,对照组(93例)采用2种降压药物和1种他汀类药物调脂治疗,治疗组(92例)在对照组治疗基础上加用平肝调脂方,疗程为3个月。观察治疗前后患者血压、血脂的变化情况和症状的改善情况。结果:两组治疗前后患者症状、血压、血脂比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗高血压合并高血脂疗效满意。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating hypertension and high lipids in Western medicine plus liver and lipid side. Methods： 185 eases were randomly divided into 2 groups, in which, 93 cases of the control group applying 2kinds of antilaypertensive drugs and 1 kind of statins to treat, while 92 cases of the treatment group received liver and lipid side based on the control group for 3 months. Observed the improvements of blood pressure, blood lipid changes and symptoms before and after treatment. Results： There are obvious different in blood pressure, blood lipid changes and symptoms before and after treatment （P〈0.05）. Treatment group was obviously better than control group. Conclusion： Integrative medicine treated hypertension and high lipids were satisfactory.
