慢性肺源性心脏病的中西医结合治疗分析

Treating analysis on the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease in the integrative medicine

目的:中西医联合治疗慢性肺源性心脏病疗效探讨。方法:我院收治的149例慢性肺源性心脏病患者随机分为观察组79予以中西医结合治疗和对照组70人予以西医治疗,后观察疗效对比PaO2和PaCO2治疗前后比值。结果:治疗后经过比对分析治疗前后PaCO2和PaO2数据,观察组PaCO2治疗前(89.29±12.34)和治疗后(48.52±11.35)(P<0.05),对照组治疗前(89.79±13.21)和治疗后(79.34±14.35)(P>0.05),观察组治疗后(48.52±11.35)和对照组治疗后(79.34±14.35)(P<0.05);观察组治疗前PaO2(39.42±6.78)和治疗后(72.12±7.25)(P<0.05),对照组治疗前PaO2(40.18±9.32)和治疗后(55.32±7.28)(P>0.05),观察组治疗后PaO2(72.12±7.25)和对照组(55.32±7.28)(P<0.05),予以中西医联合治疗的观察组疗效明显优于予以西医治疗的对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗肺源性心脏病效果良好应在临床推广。

Objective： To explore the effect of treating chronic pulmonary heart disease in the integrative medicine. Methods： 149 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into observation group （79） treated in the integrative medicine, and control group （70） treated in Western medicine. Compared PaO2 and PaCO2 before and after the treatment. Results： Through comparing PaO2 and PaCO2 before and after the treatment, PaCO2 in observation group was （89.29±12.34） before the treatment, and after the treatment, the number was （48.52±11.35） （P〈0.05）, while control group was （89.79±13.21） before the treatment, and after the treatment, the number was （79.34±14.35） （P〉0.05）. After the treatment, observation group was （48.52±11.35）, control group was （79.34±14.35） （P〈0.05）. Before the treatment, PaO2 in observation group was （39.42± 6.78）, and after was （72.12± 7.25） （P〈0.05）. Before the treatment, PaO2 in control group was （40.18 ±9.32）, and after was （55.32 ± 7.28） （P〉0.05）. After the treatment, PaO2 in observation group was （72.12 ± 7.25）, and control group was （55.32 ±7.28） （P〈0.05）. Observation group in the integrative medicine was obviously better than control group in Western medicine. Conclusion： There was good effect of treating chronic pulmonary heart disease in the integrative medicine, which should be widely used in clinical.
