加味黄芪建中汤治疗胃溃疡78例临床效果分析

A clinical effective analysis of treating 78 cases of gastric ulcer in astragalus decoction

目的:探讨使用加味黄芪建中汤治疗胃溃疡的临床效果。方法:将我院2009年10月～2010年3月收治的150例胃溃疡患者随机分为2组。对照组患者给予单纯西药治疗,治疗组患者给予加味黄芪建中汤治疗。对比两组患者治疗3个月的疗效,和随访半年后的复发情况。结果:对照组总有效率为88.89%,治疗组总有效率为91.03%,两者之间无明显差异,P>0.05;随访半年后,对照组复发率为11.11%,治疗组复发率为1.28%,治疗组复发率明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:采用加味黄芪建中汤治疗胃溃疡有较好的疗效,尤其在远期疗效方面明显优于西药,患者复发率低,不良反应少,值得在临床推广使用。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of treating gastric ulcer in astragalus decoction. Methods： 158 cases of gastric ulcer from October 2009 to March 2010 were randomly divided into 2 groups. Control group just applying Western medicine, and treatment group applying astragalus decoction. Compared the two groups＇ effect after treating for 3 months, and their recurrence situation after six months. Results： The total effietive rate of control group was 88.89%, and treatment was 91.03%. Two group had no obviously difference, P〉0.05. After six months, recurrence rate of control group was 11.11%, treatment group was 1.28%, in which, treatment groups was obviously lower than control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion： Applying astragalus decoction treat gastric ulcer had a better effect, especially in forward, which obviously better than Western medicine, and low recurrence rate, less adverse reactions, so it was worth widely used in clinical.
