辨证分型内服外敷联合西药治疗糖尿病足28例

Treating 28 cases of DF by syndrome differentiation of oral and external applications plus Western medicine

目的:观察辨证分型内外兼治配合西药治疗糖尿病足的疗效。方法:采用辨证分型以四妙勇安汤(忍冬藤、连翘、当归、生地、玄参、天花粉、丹参、牛膝,生甘草等)与补阳还五汤加减(黄芪、地龙、红花、元参,石斛、党参、当归、生地、川芎、忍冬藤、丹参、生甘草等)配合西药(降糖、抗感染)辅助治疗,创面外用复方长皮膏、生肌散、桃花散治疗本病28例。结果:总有效率92.8%。结论:本方法对本病有清热解毒,益气养血,活血化瘀的功效。

Objective： To observe the treatment effect of treating DF by syndrome differentiation of oral and external applications plus Western medicine. Methods： Adopting syndrome differentiation by using Simiao Yong＇an decoction （lonicera, forsythia, angelica, rehmanniae, radix scrophulariae, radix trichosanthis, salvia miltiorrhiza, achyranthes bidentata, glycyrrhiza uralensis and so on） and Buyang Huanwu decoction （astragalus root, earthworm, safflower, radix scrophulariae, dendrobe, codonopsis pilosula, angelica, rehmanniae, rhizoma chuanxiong, lonicera, salvia miltiorrhiza, glycyrrhiza uralensis and so on） plus Western medicine （hypoglycemic and anti-infection treatments） as supporting treatment, compound skin-producing ointment, shengji powder, peach blossom powder are applied as external treatment for 28 cases of this disease. Results： The total effective rate was 92.8%. Conclusion： The treatment is effective in Qingre Jiedu, Yiqi Yangxue and Huoxue Huayu.
