摘要
支气管炎为支气管壁炎症反应,临床以痰、咳、喘为主症,观察58例咳嗽患者,以定喘汤加味辨证治疗,总有效率达83%。结论:用定喘汤加味化裁治疗咳嗽,不论外感或内伤,效果满意,值得临床应用。
Bronchitis is bronchial wall inflammation, which clinical symptoms were sputum, cough and asthma. To observe 58 cases of cough patients with treating in Dingchuan decoction, which total efficacy rate came to 83%. Conclusion： It is satisfactory that Dingchuan decoction treating cough, no matter in exogenous or internal injuries, which is worth using in clinical.
