摘要
应用AVL EXCITE Timing Drive软件,建立配气机构运动学及动力学模型,对实测的进气凸轮升程曲线进行分析,优化了进气凸轮型线,并使凸轮的丰满系数得到改善,同时减轻气门落座的反跳现象。
Building up the kinemastics and multi -mass dynamics model of the valve train with AVL EXCITE Timing Drive, by analyzing the tested cam lift curve, improved the valve cam profile and fullness ratio. The performances calculation of the valve train indicates that the bounce of the valve when it seat down is reduced.
