后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术21例报告

Experience of 21 patients with adrenal tumor treated by retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy

目的探讨后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术的临床效果。方法后腹腔镜肾上腺瘤摘除术21例,患者平均年龄35岁,瘤体大小1.5～6.5 cm,采用经腹膜后腔途径,显露肾上极及肾上腺,用电凝钩、钛夹处理瘤体血供,摘除肿瘤。结果 21例手术均获成功,无中转开放手术者。手术时间45～110 min,术中失血30～120 ml。随访3～23个月无并发症发生。结论后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤摘除术安全,疗效好,患者术后恢复快。

Objective To study the efficacy of the new technique of retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenaleetomy. Methods 21 cases with adrenal tumors were treated by retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy. The average age was 35 years old. The size of the tumors was 2. 0 - 6. 5 cm. Results 21 cases succeeded and complication was not observed. Operafive time was 45 - 110 rain, intraoperative blood loss 30 - 120 ml. Follow -up 3 to 23 months with no complications. Conclusiou Retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy for the treatment of adrenal tumors is safe, effective and less pain.
