非糖尿病急性心肌梗死患者糖耐量异常对预后的影响

The prognosis of non-diabetic patients with impaired glucose tolerance in acute myocardial infarction

目的探讨非糖尿病急性心肌梗死患者糖耐量异常对预后的影响。方法选取在笔者所在医院接受治疗的非糖尿病急性心肌梗死患者中,糖耐量异常73例作观察组,糖耐量正常47例作对照组,对两组观察情况进行对比。结果观察组患者的严重心律失常、心力衰竭、心肌再梗死以及病死率的发病率明显高于对照组,且CK恢复时间和心绞痛积分也明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论非糖尿病急性心肌梗死患者糖耐量异常更加加重损害患者心肌,预后较差。

Objective To discuss the prognosis of non-diabetic patients with impaired glucose tolerance in acute myocardial infarction.Methods To select non-diabetic patients with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital,there were 73 patients with impaired glucose tolerance as the observation group,and 47 patients with normal glucose tolerance as the control group,Compared two groups＇ situations.Results The observation group＇s incidence of severe arrhythmia,heart failure,myocardial infarction and mortality was higher than the control group＇s,the recovery time and the angina points was higher than the control group＇s（P0.05）.Conclusion Non-diabetic patients with impaired glucose tolerance in acute myocardial infarction are more aggravated myocardial damage and poor prognosis.
