摘要 目的探讨食道癌患者围手术期系统的整体护理方法。方法对13例食道癌手术患者围手术期给予系统的护理,包括术前心理护理、营养支持、呼吸功能训练、床上排尿、排便训练、口腔护理;术后基础生命体征的观察及支持、保持呼吸道通畅、严格的饮食控制及营养支持、引流管的护理等。结果 13例患者经19~31d的治疗和护理,均治愈出院,心理状况良好,除1例患者伤口进行Ⅱ期缝合外,无其他并发症。结论对食道癌手术患者围手术期给予整体护理,可以提高手术成功率、减少并发症的发生,促进患者身心康复。 Objective To study system methods of holistic nursing for the esophagus cancer patient perioperative.Methods There were 13 patients with esophageal cancer who underwent surgical perioperative,who got the tolistic nursing,including preoperative psychological nursing,nutritional supporting,respiratory function training,bed urination,defecate training,oral nursing.Postoperative of observating and supporting for foundation vital signs,keeping respiratory tract unobstructed,strict diet and nutrition support,drainage tube nursing.Results 13 patients were cured and discharged after 19-31 days of treatment and nursing,psychological condition good,except one patients wound Ⅱ period suture,without other complications.Conclusion Holistic nursing care for the esophagus cancer patient who underwent surgical perioperative,can improve the success rate of operation,reduce complications,promote the patient physical and mental rehabilitation.
