肺癌DNA甲基化修饰与miRNA相互调控的研究进展

摘要 肺癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,目前认为肺癌的发生和发展受遗传学和表观遗传学的调控。表观遗传学包括DNA甲基化修饰、组蛋白修饰和非编码RNA诱导的改变等。目前发现,微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)与DNA甲基化之间存在着复杂的相互调控机制,且与肿瘤的发生和发展密切相关”[1-3]。现将两者在肺癌中相互作用的研究进展综述如下。
