摘要
论证了内部收益率的真实含义，阐述了不同意某些人认为在计算项目内部收益率时存在所谓“基本假设”的理由，说明了内部收益率和外部收益率之间的关系。
In this paper the author explicated the real meaning of internal rate of return (IRR) and the relationship between IRR and ERR (external rate of return).The economical concept of IRR,in the light of the author's opinion,is also put forward.
