摘要
铝蜂窝夹芯构件用传统的无损检测法有很大的局限性.本文利用激光全息干涉术,用热冲击加载和真空加载两种方式对西安飞机制造公司提供的铝蜂窝样件和部分实际构件进行了试验研究,对两种加载的效果及常规检验的结果进行了比较,讨论了装夹表面应力对检验结果的影响,并进行了实验验证.实验表明,热加载是简单、有效和迅速的加载方式.应用 HNDT 技术及实验结果,能很好地对轰七飞机铝蜂窝结构进行在线质量控制.
Each of NDT methods used in production has its own limitation.In this
paper,the HNDT loading techniques by heating and vaocum have been further
studied.The effectiveness of common NDT methods and HNDT methods with
both loading techniques abovementioned and their testing resuIts are compared.
The influence of the stress caused by the fixing device on the sensitivity of
defects is discussed and verified experimentally.Experiments show that the
loading teshnique by heating is a simple,rapid and effective method.By use of
this new method,the quality of aluminum honeycomb materials used in H-7 can
be effectively ensured.
