阐述了企业知识资本的核心要素构成与建设，分析了我国企业知识资本流失的表现，提出了加大知识资本动力推进的对策。
This paper expounds the key composition and construction of intelligent capital in enterprises.The current situation of brain drain in enterprises is analyzed.Some measures of enhancing intelligent capital in enterprises are put forward.
