摘要
通过分析宁德中心城市区位环境和现状,探讨了综合体建设对城市发展的作用,同时应用增长极理论,解析了城市综合体的聚集效应和扩散效应,为加快中心城市建设,推动环三跨越崛起提供决策参考和理论支持。
Through analyzing the environment and status of Ningde central city,it inquires the function of comprehensive construction on city development,and interprets focusing effect and distracting effect of comprehensive city body by applying growth pole theory,which has provided decision referencing and theoretical support for speeding up the construction of central city and rise abruptly.
